When Becovic Property Management closed on a new apartment community, they called me for a new logo. The brief asked for a logo that was beachy yet polished.
I used a classic calligraphic font – Zapfino, for this seaside condo rebrand, It has sweeping curves and ligatures, it is classic but not outdated. The lose calligraphic style and long sweeping curves remind me of palm trees swaying in the ocean breeze and waves breaking on the beach.
